Team Building Centurion, the MasterChef Potjiekos Competition in Centurion at the Rooihuiskraal Historical Terrain is a popular team building event in Pretoria. 09h00 Coffee, Tea, Muffins, Cheese Pastries & Mini Yoghurts

09h20 Ice Breakers, Group Activities, and Dividing Teams
The entire group do fun activities, at some time the mix of buddies and friends will be split apart. Then everybody get a number. All the “number 1’s” would be in a team, and all the “number 2’s” in another team, etc. About ten people per team works great for a team building event.

Escape Room Team Building Games
teams have 60 minutes to find the most dollars and bribe the guards. Our Escape Room have five chapters and include a world map with a treasure hunt where they must find the hidden dollars, a map with castles, Sun Compass, and QR Codes that leads to a Scavenger Hunt, and counting the Egyptian Pyramids for more dollars. Finally teams can earn bonus dollars by singing a song to distract the guards. Our Escape Room is an Indiana Jones movie twisted with British humour, and very easy.

Amazing Race Team Building (±200m)
Our Amazing Race has low physical requirements and is fit for all ages. Each of our venues have their own unique Amazing Race. Teams start with a short detour, then they have to find interesting places and WhatsApp a group photo, find puzzles of actual places, and finally they finish by finding an iconic venue. These photos are shown in a slide slow during lunch. Our Amazing Race is hilarious and requires lots of imagination and creativity.

11h00 - Refreshments
Fruit Juices (200ml), Bottled Water, and Assorted Sandwiched (individually wrapped). Sandwiches include Chick Mayo, Cheese & Tom, etc.

MasterChef Potjie Competition
Each team receives a Mystery Box with Herbs, Spices, and Utensils. One team will get the tomatoes and pepper, while the other team the onions and salt etc. Teams then have to select a cuisine and cook for that country, i.e. Mexican, Thai, and Zimbabwe etc.

• #3Potjies - new potjie in box for our Halaal Delegates. One potjie can serve 12 people (potjie# X 4 = number of people served)
•  Herbs & Spices -i.e. basil, turmeric, bay leaves, capers, cardamom, chives, cloves, fennel, garlic, jasmine, nutmeg, oregano, paprika, saffron, curry, thyme, turmeric etc
• Charcoal, Fire Lighters, Braai Utensils.
• Meat (halaal, Forsmay Muslim Butchery, 011 838 5720 or Laudium Muslim Halal Butchery, 012 374 3415) - lamb, beef, chicken, wors; total ±350g per person

12h45 - Judging the Potjies
One person from each team is chosen as a judge, that person must select a criteria, i.e. taste, texture, presentation etc. Each judge must select a different criteria

13h00 - Lunch
The Potjies are served with Pap, Gravy, 6 Assorted Salads, and Rolls. Paper plates for halal meals. Soft Drinks include 340ml Coke, Sprite, etc. Halaal, Vegan, and Vegetarian Meals are included. We regret, Kosher Meals are an optional extra.

Alcoholic Beverages - bring own
14h00 - Depart at Leisure. Bring own alcoholic beverages. The zoo is closing at 17h00
